Position: Customer Service/Technical Support

AMP Research is an innovative design and assembly center operating within the automotive industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, self starting, individual to join our Technical Support staff in our Tustin, CA facility.

Job Description:
Responsibilities will include answering calls for technical support, customer service and processing orders into an ERP system. Traveling to tradeshows and visiting dealers/jobbers including ride alongs with our reps all across the US which will include weekends. Must be able to travel to customer locations to perform troubleshooting/fix issues on short notice

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 year experience in automotive service technical skills including installation and troubleshooting. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with great customer skills, be computer literate including Excel, Word, Email and Internet. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced, high demanding, team oriented environment is crucial to your success. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
